Enrique Adsuar Jr.
Enrique Adsuar, Jr. specializes in corporate, banking and real estate law. Mr. Adsuar has been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 35 years and is currently working as Senior Counsel for the firm.
Mr. Adsuar has provided counsel to numerous national and foreign banks and corporations. An experienced and well-known transactional lawyer and a seasoned negotiator, Mr. Adsuar has acted as lead counsel in many acquisitions, real estate and construction lending transactions and development efforts in the public and private financing sectors. He sits on the board of directors of several local corporations. Abbot Laboratories, the Bank of Nova Scotia, the Royal Bank of Canada and Unisys are some of Mr. Adsuar's representative clients.
