Fernando Goyco-Covas
Fernando Goyco-Covas, one of AMG's founding partners, has more than 30 years of experience in tax and corporate matters. He has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions and structured the operations of many multinational companies in Puerto Rico. Mr. Goyco, jointly with our litigators, has also been very successful in litigating tax controversies against Puerto Rico tax authorities.
