Liana M. Gutiérrez-Irizarry

Liana M. Gutiérrez-Irizarry represents clients in all areas of labor and employment law, focusing primarily in litigation before the Office of Mediation and Adjudication of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Puerto Rico courts. She also handles appeal proceedings before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.

Ms. Gutiérrez-Irizarry has significant experience in the area of labor relations, having participated in collective bargaining negotiations and defended employers in labor arbitrations, including petitions for revisions of arbitration awards before the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance. She is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
