Ms. Haack-Pizarro joined AMG in 2005. She has significant experience in management of discrimination cases before the EEOC and the Puerto Rico Department of Labor, and litigation and trial experience in federal and Puerto Rico courts in cases of employment discrimination.

Ms. Haack-Pizarro has extensive experience in immigration law matters, having obtained a 100% approval rate of visa and other petitions before the USCIS, including H-1B visas for professional and individuals with specialized knowledge; L visas for intra-company transfers for executives, administrators, professionals and individuals with specialized knowledge; E visas for investors; and employment based permanent resident petitions.

She also contributes regularly to the Labor and Employment  Department's newsletter. Ms. Haack-Pizarro is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
