Annette Cortés Arcelay

Annette Cortés Arcelay is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico.  She also obtained a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University Law School.

She concentrates on civil and commercial litigation, focusing primarily on government procurement processes and contracts, construction defects claims, and administrative and appeal proceedings.

Ms. Cortés Arcelay is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
