Edwin J. Seda-Fernández
Edwin J. Seda-Fernández received a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master's Degree in Education from Boston University, and his law degree from Boston College Law School. He directs the Labor and Employment Law Department.
Mr. Seda-Fernández's active practice encompasses counseling and representing clients in all areas of Labor and Employment Law and Immigration Law.
Mr. Seda-Fernández has lectured extensively before commercial and professional associations, including the Puerto Rico Manufacturers' Association, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, the Council on Education in Management, The National Business Institute, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Program for Professional Development of the University of Puerto Rico Law School, and has chaired various forums in his field of expertise.
He is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
