Francisco Ríos-Rivera
Francisco Ríos-Rivera received his B.A., cum laude, and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Ríos-Rivera practices civil and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate court levels in state and federal courts.
Mr. Ríos-Rivera has extensive practice in civil and commercial litigation, commercial collections, foreclosures, and bankruptcy for the main banking institutions in Puerto Rico. He also has considerable experience in civil rights litigation as counsel for incumbent and former public officers.
