José Antonio Fernández

José Antonio Fernández received his bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and earned his law degree from the University of Puerto Rico.

He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justo Arenas, U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Puerto Rico and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Fernández-Jaquete concentrates in corporate, real estate and insurance law, and has ample experience handling title insurance issues, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and government procurement and contracts.

His practice further expands to providing counsel to multinational and local companies. He presently sits on the board of directors of a local insurance company.
