Luis M. Bernal-Jiménez

Luis M. Bernal graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor's degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Labor Relations and received his Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from the Interamerican University School of Law. 

Mr. Bernal has been actively involved in the oil industry in Puerto Rico as Executive Director of the Energy Committee of Puerto Rico ("EcoPR"). As Executive Director of the EcoPR, Mr. Bernal has promoted the interests of the fuel wholesalers in the Island. 

Mr. Bernal has served as speaker in labor and employment seminars.  During his professional carrier, Mr. Bernal has also developed broad experience in government affairs. 

He concentrates in labor and employment law and government affairs matters.
