Pedro A. Jiménez

Pedro Jiménez is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Puerto Rico and, cum laude, of the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. 

He clerked for Hernán G. Pesquera, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He practiced for more than nine years in the litigation department of Shearman & Sterling in New York, handling highly complex cases. 

He concentrates on civil, commercial, securities, anti-trust and financial litigation in both state and federal courts and also has ample experience in commercial and securities arbitration and alternate dispute resolution.
