Hilda Quiñones-Rivera
Hilda Quiñones Rivera obtained a bachelor’s degree from Houghton College in New York, and is a graduate, cum laude, of the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review, and has been a practicing litigator for more than 10 years. She is a former Assistant General Counsel to the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority, and the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority.
While Ms. Quiñones has ample experience in commercial and civil litigation, her practice has focused primarily on construction and development, concentrating on construction litigation, government procurement processes and contracts, facility disputes, construction defect claims, surety payment and performance claims, construction contract negotiation, and environmental compliance.
Ms. Quiñones is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and is a practicing notary.
