Litigation and Trial Practice Department
The Litigation and Trial Practice Department is directed by Mr. Eric Perez-Ochoa. Mr. Pedro Jiménez-Rodríguez, Ms. Edna Pérez-Román, Mr. Danilo Eboli, Ms. Katarina Stipec and Ms. Hilda Quiñones Rivera, are the other partners in the Department. Mr. Francisco Ríos-Rivera, Ms. Annette Cortes Arcelay, Mr. Edgardo Mangual González, Mr. Omar Torres-Rodriguez and Mr. Sergio Sánchez-Pagán are the Department's associate attorneys. Mr. Fernando Pérez-Colón acts as Senior Counsel.
This team of trial lawyers has been involved in all types of US federal and local commercial, contractual and tort litigation, including tobacco litigation, class action suits, distributorship and franchisee rights facility disputes, construction and intellectual property disputes, income, excise, municipal license tax and other tax controversies (in both administrative and court proceedings), securities litigation, telecommunications litigation, loan workouts, collection foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters.
